This presentation will showcase multimedia and social media-powered press releases and the technology that can now provide detailed measurement and analytics that assist with ROI and will only continue to improve.

Tom O’Connell currently manages Michigan for Business Wire, a Berkshire Hathaway company. He has nearly 20 years of experience in communications, business development, and marketing. Prior to Business Wire, O’Connell served as Vice President of Marketing and Communications for The Equity Group Financial, and as Senior Account Executive for PR Newswire. He is a past president of the IABC Detroit Chapter and currently serves as a Communications Committee Co-Chair for PRSA Detroit and as a Committee Chair for the IABC Heritage Region.
