GRAND RAPIDS, July 11, 2012 — Lambert, Edwards & Associates (LE&A), one
of Michigan’s top-ranked public relations agencies and the state’s
largest investor relations firm, announced the addition of Chris Tromp
as Senior Director, Digital and head of LE&A’s digital media unit,
RIPPLEAffect(tm). In his role, Tromp will be counseling regional and
national consumer, health care and retail brands, as well as B2B and
publicly traded companies on social media, online engagement, web and
mobile apps, online marketing and advertising strategies, and e-commerce
activation. Tromp is an expert in analyzing consumer data, consumer
profiling, online product merchandising, brand development, social media
best practice techniques, and sales strategies online.

Before joining the LE&A team, he worked as the Senior Director of
Digital Marketing for global publisher Zondervan (a Harper Collins
Company). While at Zondervan, Tromp conceptualized, developed and
executed best-selling e-books and cutting-edge mobile and tablet apps.
He also represented Zondervan in all social spaces as well as across all
digital platforms, created the marketing strategies for
direct-to-consumer launches, as well architected the business
development, sales growth and strategic promotion efforts with some of

instrumental in acquiring and re-launching, which

Tromp previously was a consultant for the Parable Group, a national
retail franchise located in San Luis Obispo, California, where he helped
create a national marketing strategy as well as develop a new franchise

faith-based Web site on the Internet, Tromp was integral in the
strategic Web development for over 300 national and global
organizations. He also facilitated and instructed training courses
