The Diocese of Grand Rapids is seeking a full-time Marketing Communications Coordinator responsible for implementing an ongoing K-12 marketing plan and program for Catholic schools in the Diocese of Grand Rapids. This position requires an individual with marketing communications expertise to work as a tactician assisting our schools in identifying short and long term marketing goals which work best for each school and aiding the schools in fully developing and carrying out the marketing plan. The coordinator will mentor school marketing committees; assist schools with website development and enhancement, mobile applications and social media. The successful candidate will coordinate all Catholic schools promotional activities at a growing number of community events as well as manage the diocesan Catholic schools web pages and social media.
The successful applicant must be an active member in good standing of the Catholic Church and have a strong desire to help our schools implement best practices and drive enrollment growth over the next three years. The successful applicant must be willing to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends.
